摘　　要：在实施医德考评过程中,必须做到考评前充分准备、考评中科学操作、考评后认真总结。抓好自我评价、科室评价、单位评价、患者和社会评价四个主要环节。可以参照广东省肇庆市的经验制订更为细化的、符合单位实际的考评标准。On how to perform medical ethics assessment, the aspects as follows are noted. Firstly, full preparation for the assessment pre - action, scientific fulfillment of the assessment during the action, and reviewing critically post - action are appreciated. Secondly, medical ethics self - evaluation as well as evaluation by the departments,hospitals, patients and the society should be encouraged widely. Additionally, the specimen out of Zhaoqing city in Guangdong province introduced here was to be praised highly.
