摘　　要：科技发展在促进和改善食品质量的同时,也带来了技术困境。技术滥用而引发的食品安全事件体现了食品生产中企业的营利性与社会性的冲突。食品安全的特殊性要求食品生产企业承担食品安全的法律义务,遵守法律法规和食品安全标准,防止科技成果的滥用。除了法律责任,超越法律的社会责任对食品安全的实现也非常重要。企业对社会的法律责任与法律外的责任相互配合,才能促进食品安全的实现。The food security incidents brought about by the technological abuses reflect the conflicts between business profits and social responsibility. Food security is special,which needs food producers to shoulder lawful obligations in food security,abide by laws and regulations and follow the food security criteria so as to prevent the technological abuses. In addition to legal responsibility,social responsibility is very important.
