摘　　要：河北传统体育有着悠久的历史、丰富的内容和浓郁的民族特点,它是在长期的生产、生活和社会实践中创造、积累、发展并形成的独特的燕赵体育文化。如何传承和保护传统体育文化,以进一步推动地方经济和民族优秀传统文化的发展,已成为广大体育工作者急需研究的课题。作为中国优秀的非物质文化遗产的组成部分,河北传统体育具有鲜明的文化内涵与健身特性。把传统体育项目推广到高校并融入到体育教学当中不仅可以传承和保护悠久的传统体育文化,而且可以使大学生得到身心的锻炼和思想的熏陶,同时为营造具有鲜明特色的校园文化起到积极的促进作用。Hebei traditional sports has a long history,rich content and rich ethnic characteristics,it is in the long-term production,livelihood and social practice in the creation,accumulation,development and forms a unique poetic sports culture.How to protect the heritage and culture,traditional sports to further promote the local economy and people＇s traditional culture of development,has become the General Sports workers badly in need of research.As the elite of the intangible cultural heritage,traditional sports,Hebei province,part characterized cultural connotations and fitness characteristics.The traditional sports promotion to the Palace,colleges and universities into sports education,inheritance and protection,not only can a long tradition sports culture,but would also enable students to get their physical and mental exercises and ideas of the influence of,at the same time as creating of campus culture plays a positive role.
