摘　　要：以激励理论和方法研究中国高校大学生思想政治教育的路径有利于提高思想政治教育的针对性与务实性。本文利用马斯洛的层次需求、目标激励等理论,结合大学生的心理、思想和价值观等特点,从发现学生的激励需要出发,提出大学生思想政治教育的激励途径和办法。In this paper,investigations have been performed on the routes and strategies for ideological and political education of college students on the basis of the incentive theory,which are favorable for improvements of the education＇s appropriateness and feasibility. By thinking out the incentive needs of college students in combination with the characteristics of their psychological,ideological and values,we have taken the Maslow theory of hierarchy need and objective encouragement to propose the incentive routes and countermeasures for the ideological and political education of college students.
