摘 要:目的建立大鼠心理应激动物模型,探讨心理应激下咬肌肌肉活动性的变化。方法选取48只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为实验组(36只)和对照组(12只)。对实验组大鼠进行心理应激刺激,建立应激动物模型并评价,于3、6、12(恢复组)周时各处死12只,对照组与恢复组一同处死。分别检测大鼠咬肌中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的含量。结果经评价大鼠应激模型构建有效。刺激前后各组咬肌中酶的含量有变化,其中3周组、6周组和恢复组CK、LDH含量均明显高于对照组,恢复组CK、LDH含量又明显高于3周组和6周组(P<0.05),其余组与组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);CRP含量恢复组明显高于3周组、6周组和对照组(P<0.01),而其余各组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论大鼠心理应激状态下咬肌肌肉活动性有变化。大鼠应激状态恢复后,咬肌中酶含量持续升高,可能出现了炎症反应。Objective To investigate the enzymatic activity of masseter muscle under psychological stress in rat model.Methods 48 adult male rats were chosen and randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group under psychological stress(36 rats) and control groups(12 rats).The experiment group rats were subjected to psychological stress and evaluated to set up a rat model under psychological stress.After six weeks,the stimulation were suspended.Then rats were sacrificed in different time and the content of creatine kinase(CK),L-lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and C-reative protein(CRP) in masseter muscle was detected.Results In the third and sixth week after stress,the psychological stress rat model was evaluated to be effectively set up,and the content of CK and LDH were significantly increased in experimental rat groups was sacrificed in the third week,sixth week,twelfth week after stress than that of the control group(P0.05).the content of CK and LDH were significantly increased in experimental rat groups was sacrificed in the twelfth week after stress than that of in experimental rat groups sacrificed in the third week,sixth week after stress The content of CK and LDH in rat group sacrificed in the sixth week after stress was a little higher than that of rat group sacrificed in the third-week after stress but non-significantly(P0.05).the content of CRP in rat group sacrificed in the twelvth week after stress is significantly increased than that other groups(P0.01).The content of CRP in rats sacrificed in the third,sixth week after stress and the control group showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The activity of masseter muscle might change after rat were stressed.In Recovery time,(the twelfth week after stress) the enzymatic content of masseter muscle kept higher,possibly due to inflammatory reponse.
