摘 要:本文采用食糜性高脂小鼠模型以及腹腔注射蛋黄乳所致的高脂小鼠模型来观察STDT各组分的降脂作用,采用四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠观察STDT各组分降血糖作用。结果表明,在1000 mg/kg剂量水平下,STDT各组分可不同程度地降低食糜性高脂小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,作用强度与分子量呈现正相关关系,对腹腔注射蛋黄乳所致的高脂小鼠模型也有一定的降TC作用趋势,但作用强度与分子量大小无明显相关;STDT各组分虽然未显示出明显的降糖作用,但是均能一定程度地改善小鼠生存状态;在糖耐量试验中,STDT各组分均明显改善四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的淀粉耐量,组分随分子量增大而作用增强的趋势比较明显。说明STDT各组分具有的降糖降脂作用与其分子量呈现正相关,其作用途径可能与阻碍脂类糖类物质在肠道的吸收有关。The hyperlipidemia mice models which induced by feeding high fat diet or by intraperitoneal injected with egg yolk were used to observe the lipid-decreasing effect of STDT components, and the diabetic mice induced by alloxan were used to observe the hypoglycemic effect of STDT components. The results showed that at the dose level of 1000 mg/kg, each component of STDT can reduce in varying degrees the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels in hypedipidemia mice which induced by feeding high fat diet, and show a positive correlation with molecular weight, but in hyperlipidemia mice which induced by intraperitoneal injected with egg yolk ,the lipid-decreasing effect of STDT components show no correlation with molecular weight; Though STDT components have no significant hypoglycemie effect on diabetic mice induced by alloxan, but can improve the living condition significantly. STDT components can significantly improve the Starch tolerance on diabetic mice induced by alloxan,and show a positive correlation with molecular weight. We concluded that the lipid-decreasing or hypoglyeemic effects that each component of STDT has is correlated with its molecular weight, and its mechanisms may be related to preventing absorption of lipid material as well as sugar in the intestinal.
