高校《房地产基本制度与政策》课程教学方法的探讨

摘　　要：针对房地产基本制度与政策课程理论性、政策性、记忆性等特点,要使学生真正掌握该课程知识,就需要教师精心准备课堂内容,将理论与实际有效结合。通过建立良好的师生关系,激发学生对该课程的学习兴趣,采用灵活多样的教学方式,将案例式、互动式、辩论式等多种教学方法融入课堂教学中,来提高上课质量,增强行课效果,同时对学生独立分析问题的能力、判断能力和决策能力的培养起到了积极的作用。另外,提出了对教师在转变教学理念,提高教师素质,重视备课环节等方面的要求。According to the characteristics of theory,policy and memory properties of Real Estate Basic System and Policy,teachers should prepare the classroom content elaborately,and combine theory with practice effectively.The teaching quality would be improved,and students＇ abilities of analyzing problems,judgment and decision independently would be enhanced through establishing good teacher-student relationship,arousing students＇ learning interest,using flexible and various teaching methods such as case teaching,interactive teaching and debating teaching.In addition,the demands of changing teaching idea,improving teachers＇ quality,and paying attention to lesson preparation are put forward.
