PCNA、ER在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡状腺瘤中表达及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨PCNA(增殖性细胞核抗原)、ER(雌激素受体)在甲状腺乳头状癌等组织中的表达及临床意义。[方法]对58例甲状腺乳头状癌、30例甲状腺滤泡状腺瘤和30例癌旁正常甲状腺组织,采用免疫组织化学技术S-P法,检测PCNA、ER表达。[结果]PCNA、ER在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达率显著高于甲状腺滤泡状腺瘤组织及癌旁正常甲状腺组织(P﹤0.01);PCNA、ER在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达率具有负相关性(r=-0.3)。[结论]PCNA、ER表达可作为甲状腺癌的协助诊断指标,对临床治疗和预后判断具有重要的指导意义。[Objective] To study the expression of PCNA（proliferating cell nuclear antigen）,ER（estrogen receptor） and their clinical significance in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue.[Methods] Used the immunohistochemical staining technique（S-P method） to determine the expression of PCNA and ER in 58 thyroid papillary carcinoma cases and 30 cases of thyroid follicular adenomas and 30 cases of adjacent normal tissue.[Results] The positive rates of PCNA and ER in thyroid papillary carcinoma were higher than those in the thyroid follicular adenoma and in the normal thyroid tissues（P﹤0.01）.The present correlation between these expressions existed in thyroid papillary carcinoma（r =-0.3）.[Conclusion] The expressions of PCNA and ER could be diagnostic index of papillary thyroid carcinoma that has significant guiding significance of clinical treatment and patients＇ prognosis.
