摘  要:目的:研究核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)和环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)在舌鳞状细胞癌(tongue squamous cell carcinoma,TSCC)发生、发展中的作用及两者间的关系。方法:取经手术病理证实的舌鳞状细胞癌标本50例,采用SP免疫组化法检测舌鳞状细胞癌组织中NF-κB和COX-2的表达情况。应用SPSS11.0软件包,采用χ2检验分析NF-κB和COX-2表达的关系及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:低分化TSCC组织中NF-κB的阳性表达率为48%,显著高于中、高分化的癌组织(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的TSCC组织中,NF-κB的阳性表达率为42.3%,显著高于无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05)。低分化TSCC组织中,COX-2的阳性表达率为68.0%,显著高于中、高分化者(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组,COX-2的阳性表达率为61.5%,高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。在COX-2阴性表达的患者中,NF-κB阳性表达率为3.8%(1/26),显著低于COX-2阳性表达的患者中NF-κB阳性表达的比率(P<0.05)。结论:NF-κB和COX-2在低分化及有淋巴结转移的舌鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率均高于中、高分化及无淋巴结转移的病例,且两者间的表达具有相关性,NF-κB和COX-2可能参与了舌鳞状细胞癌的发生与发展。PURPOSE: To examine the expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and their relationship in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) and to evaluate their functions in the development and progression of TSCC. METHODS: The expression of NF-κB and COX-2 in 50 cases of TSCC was determined using SP immunohistochemical method. Data was statistically analyzed by Chi -square test with SPSS11.0 software package. REULTS: In the poorly differentiated TSCC group, NF-κB an COX-2 positive expression rate was 48% and 68.0%, respectively, significantly higher than that in the moderately- and well-differentiated group (P0.05); In the TSCC group with lymph node metastasis, NF-κB and COX-2 positive expression rate was 42.3% and 61.5%, respectively, significantly higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis(P0.05). In the cases with COX-2 negtive expression, NF-κB positive expression rate was 3.8%(1/26), significantly lower than that in the cases with COX-2 positive expression (P0.05). CONCLUSIONS: NF-κB and COX-2 expressions in the poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis TSCC cases are higher than those in moderate- and well-differentiated and non-lymph node metastasis cases, NF-κB and COX-2 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of TSCC.
