摘  要:目的:应用脑干听觉诱发电位对胆红素致脑瘫兔的听路损害情况进行探讨。方法:对5例脑瘫兔和10例同日龄正常兔的脑干听觉诱发电位进行检测。结果:脑瘫兔组P3波出波率低于正常兔组(P<0.01);脑瘫兔听路损害的性质均呈双侧性。周围性听路损害2只耳;中枢性听路损害3只耳;混合性听路损害5只耳。结论:胆红素致脑瘫兔的脑干听觉诱发电位改变呈双侧性,听路损害为蜗后性,以混合性听路损害为主。Objective To study the auditory pathway lesions in cerebral palsy rabbits induced by bilirubin by brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP). Methods BAEP was recorded in 5 cerebral palsy rabbits and 10 normal rabbits the same age. Results The rate of wave P3 presence of cerebral palsy rabbits was lower than that of normal rabbits (P<0.01); the abnormalities of BAEP covered three types:impairment in peripheral auditory pathway (2 ears), impairment in brainstem auditory pathway (3 ears), complex defects of both auditory pathways (5 ears). Conclusion The auditory pathway impairment of cerebral palsy rabbits induced by bilirubin was bilateral and retrocochlear; complex defects of both auditory pathways predominated.
