胰腺癌组织中CD44v6和c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白表达及相关性

摘　　要：目的研究CD44v6和c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达与组织学分级和转移的关系,并探讨CD44v6和c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测胰腺癌组织以及癌旁组织CD44v6和c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白表达。结果 CD44v6和c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白阳性率在胰腺癌组分别为69.0%及52.4%,均显著高于其在癌旁组的21.2%及8.1%(P<0.01)。胰腺癌中,CD44v6阳性率在组织分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级组为50.0%,显著低于Ⅲ级组的86.4%(P<0.05),其在有淋巴结转移组阳性率为92.3%,显著高于无淋巴转移组的58.6%(P<0.05);c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白阳性率在组织分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级组为35.0%,显著低于组织分级Ⅲ级组的68.2%(P<0.05),其在有淋巴结转移组阳性率为76.9%,显著高于在无淋巴转移组的41.3%(P<0.05);两者在胰腺癌中的表达具有相关性(γ=0.393,P<0.05)。结论 CD44v6和c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白均与胰腺癌的分化、转移有关;两者的高表达提示肿瘤恶性程度高,易发生淋巴结转移。Objective To investigate the expressions of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 oncoprotein in pancreatic adenocarinoma and their correlation.Methods Catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expressions of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 oncoprotein in pancreatic adenocarinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues.Results The positive rates of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 oncoprotein were 69.0% and 52.4%,respectively in pancreatic adenocarinoma,which were higher than 21.2% and 8.1% in tumor-adjacent tissues（P0.01）.The positive rate of CD44v6 in pancreatic adenocarinoma with lymph node metastasis was 92.3%,which was higher than 58.6% in that without（P0.05）.The positive rate of CD44v6 in histopathological grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ was 50.0%,which was lower than 86.4% in histopathological grade Ⅲ（P0.05）.The positive rate of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein in pancreatic adenocarinoma with lymph node metastasis was 76.9%,which was higher than 41.3% in that without（P0.05）.The positive rate of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein in histopathological grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ was 35.0%,which was lower than 68.2% in histopathological grade Ⅲ（P0.05）.The expression of CD44v6 was significantly correlated to the expression of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein（γ=0.393,P0.05）.Conclusion CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 oncoprotein may play an important role in histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis of pancreatic adenocarinoma.Overexpressions of CD44v6 and c-erbB-2 predict higher severity and lymph node metastasis of pancreatic adenocarinoma.
