周期素D1和生存素在大肠癌组织中的表达及其相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨周期素(cyclin)D1和生存素(survivin)在大肠癌中的表达及其相互关系。方法应用RT-PCR和免疫组化检测周期素D1和生存素在43例大肠癌及其癌旁正常肠组织的基因转录水平和蛋白表达水平。结果周期素D1和生存素在大肠癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),周期素D1和生存素在大肠癌中转录水平和蛋白水平表达均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论周期素D1和生存素基因在结直肠癌组织中均呈高表达,两者在大肠癌的发生发展中发挥着协同作用。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of cyclin D1 and survivin in large intestine carcinoma.Methods The mRNA expressions of cyclin D1 and survivin were determined by RT-PCR in 43 colorectal carcinoma tissues（group A）and tumor-adjacent normal tissues（group B）.The protein levels and expression sits were subsequently confirmed by immunohistochemistry.Results The expressions of cyclin D1 and survivin were higher in group A than those in group B（P0.05）.The expression of cyclin D1 was positively correlated to that of survivin in large intestine carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusion Survivin and cyclin D1 are overexpressed in colorectal carcinoma,which suggests that both survivin and cyclin D1 participate in the genesis and development in colorectal carcinoma.
