摘　　要：目的研究Z蛋白(PZ)和小儿脑性瘫痪之间的关系。方法随机选取脑瘫患儿40例(脑瘫组)、缺氧缺血性脑病患儿30例(HIE组)、脑瘫高危新生儿20例(脐血组)以及各组正常对照健康儿童20例,用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA法)测定各组血浆中PZ的含量(脐血组测定脐血浆PZ含量)。结果脐血组PZ水平高于脐血对照组(P<0.05);脑瘫组和HIE组血浆PZ水平均明显高于各自对照组(P<0.01);HIE组血浆PZ水平显著高于脐血组(P<0.05);脑瘫组血浆PZ水平明显高于HIE组(P<0.05)。结论 PZ在小儿脑瘫的演变过程中呈现动态变化的规律,可在一定程度上为临床早期诊断、治疗提供参考依据。Objective To explore the relation between Protein Z and cerebral palsy.Methods We conducted a study by randomly selecting 40 cases of CP children（CP group）,30cases of HIE（hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy） children（HIE group）,20 cases of newborns with high risk of CP（umbilical cord group） and 20 control cases of healthy children for each group（control groups）.PZ plasma values were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in each group（umbilical cord PZ plasma levels in umbilical cord group）.Results PZ levels in umbilical cord group were significantly higher than those in umbilical cord control group（P0.05）;PZ levels in CP and HIE groups were obviously higher than those in respective control groups（P0.01）;PZ values in HIE group were higher than those in umbilical cord group with statistical significance（P0.05） and PZ values in CP group were also significantly hither than those in HIE group（P0.05）.Conclusions Protein Z shows on a dynamic changes duing the whole process of cerebral palsy,and could possibly provide a theoretical guide in early diagnosis and therapy to some extent.
