摘　　要：本文综述了2009年临床肿瘤治疗领域的一系列值得关注的研究结果,包括肿瘤的个体化治疗和靶向治疗在肺癌、胃癌、肾癌和淋巴瘤等恶性肿瘤中的令人瞩目的进展。此外,有关肺癌、乳腺癌和前列腺癌等的数项肿瘤治疗新标准的提出同样令人关注。通过重新检视常规的肿瘤筛查、检测和预防策略,发现了存在于其中的局限。大样本量临床试验结果的发表,解答了乳腺癌领域的一些争论。总之,2009年的恶性肿瘤治疗进展值得令人关注。The development of tumor clinical researches in 2009 was reviewed in this article,which involves individual therapy and targeted therapy in lung cancer,gastric cancer,renal cancer and lymphoma,etc. In addition, many concerns were focused on the several new standards for lung cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer therapy. The existing limits were found by re-inspecting the conventional strategies for tumor screening, detection and prevention. The results in large scale of samples explained some of the controversies in the field of breast cancer. In summary, the development of malignant tumor therapy in 2009 is worth attention.
