摘 要:采用干灰化法和化学试剂逐步提取法研究了铜和芘复合污染条件下铜在黑麦草体内的积累以及化学形态分布特征.结果表明:0.1 mg/L的芘和不同质量浓度铜的复合污染均能影响铜在黑麦草体内的吸收和积累以及化学形态的分布.铜和芘复合污染与铜单一污染相比,根中铜的积累质量和乙醇提取态所占比例明显增加,茎叶中铜的积累质量和去离子水提取态所占比例明显降低.根和茎叶中铜的积累质量以及各化学形态的质量分数均随着铜处理质量浓度的增加而升高.铜在黑麦草根中的主要存在形态为乙醇提取态,茎叶中则以多种化学形态共存.The dry ashing method and sequential chemical extraction method were used to investigate the accumulation and chemical form of copper(Cu) in the root and shoot of ryegrass(Lolium multiflorum Lam)under Cu-pyrene combined pollution.The results revealed that combined pollution of 0.1 mg/L pyrene with different concentrations of Cu affected the accumulation and chemical forms of Cu in both root and shoot of ryegrass.Compared with Cu single pollution,under combined pollution,the accumulation and the fraction of ethanol extractable Cu in the root was apparently enhanced,while the water extractable Cu in the shoot was apparently decreased.The accumulation and concentration of all forms of Cu were enhanced,with the increase in Cu treatment concentration.Moreover,the ethanol extractable Cu was found to be predominant in the root,while a variety of chemical forms coexisted in the shoot.
