摘　　要：高校学生干部培养必须坚持科学的角色定位和价值定位,正确认识学生干部的学生角色、管理角色、桥梁角色和模范角色,提升其思想道德素质、科学文化素质、综合能力素质和身心健康素质,正确处理好奉献与荣誉的关系、学习与工作的关系、管理与服务的关系以及个人与集体的关系,建立学生干部培养的长效动力机制。The development program of college student cadres must help students recognize their roles and values scientifically, understand correctly the student cadre＇s student role, the management role, the bridge role and the model role, enhance the ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural quality, comprehensive ability and quality of physical and mental health, and correctly handle the relationship between dedication and honor, learning and working relations, management and service, as well as individual and collective. The cultivation should also establish long-term driving force mechanism.
