摘　　要：[目的]了解双流县农村中学生健康危险行为现状,为制定学生健康危险行为的预防措施提供科学依据。[方法]按照《2008年中国青少年健康危险行为监测工作手册》要求,对农村中学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查1 074名中学生,过去7 d内,吃路边摊食品者占38.36%,有偏食习惯者占26.54%,喝汽水饮料者占22.53%,喜吃甜食者占21.51%;骑自行车违规者占41.99%,步行违规者占51.21%。过去1年内,43.11%曾经想离家出走,28.77%动手打架,25.14%感到心情不愉快。吸烟率为39.76%,饮酒率为59.03%;有1项或多项网络成瘾行为者占78.12%。[结论]双流县农村中学生中广泛存在不健康饮食行为、故意和非故意伤害行为、物质和精神成瘾行为等健康危险行为。[Objective]To understand health risk behaviors among middle school students in rural areas of Shuangliu county,to provide scientific basis for establishing preventive measures for health risk behaviors among students. [Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted among middle school students in rural areas in accordance with the requirements of 2008 Chinese adolescent health risk behavior surveillance manual. [Results]Among the students surveyed,in the past week 38.36% of them liked eating at the roadside stalls. 26.54% of them had the habit of partial diet. 22.53% liked soft drinks and 21.51% liked sweet foods,the violation rate of bicycle and walking was 41.99%,51.21%. While in the past year,43.11% of them had the idea of running away from home,28.77% fought,25.14% felt unhappy and 78.12% of them had the internet addictive behaviors. [Conclusion]Unhealthy diet behaviors, acts of intentional and unintentional injuries, physical and mental health risk behaviors such as addictive behavior widely exist among middle school students in rural areas of Shuangliu.
