不同干燥方法处理前驱体对Al2O3粉体的影响

摘  要:采用电热、冷冻以及喷雾干燥法处理化学沉淀法制备的Al2O3前驱体,对处理的扮体在1100℃保温2h进行煅烧,并对Al2O3前驱体及煅烧产物进行物相表征,对Al2O3煅烧产物形貌及粒度进行分析。研究表明,不同的干燥方法制备的ZrO2粉体形貌和粒度不同,其中喷雾干燥法制备的Al2O3扮体分散性最好,粒度分布窄,粒径较小,平均拉径达到100nm。The electric-drying, freeze-drying and spray-drying methods used to dispose Al2O3 precursor prepared by chemical precipitation, and the powders heated processing at 1100℃ for 2h. Al2O3 precursor and the calcined products were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, and the shape appearance and particle size of the calcined products are analysised. The results show that different drying methods for Al2O3 powders have different morphology and particle size, especially the dispersion of Al2O3 powders prepared by spray-dring methods is the best, which have a narrow particle size distribution and a smaller particle diameter with an average particle size of 85nm.
