摘　　要：社区矫正有利于罪犯回归社会,降低了重新犯罪的发生率。但是,社区矫正对象还存在重新犯罪的情况,究其原因,既有社区矫正对象自身文化水平低、法律意识淡薄、社会交往不良、心理因素复杂、犯罪的职业化等因素,也包括社会歧视、教育欠缺、社区矫正工作方法不当、监狱行刑效果不佳等方面的因素。The community correction is advantageous for the criminals to return back to society,reduce their crime once again.However,some community correction objects have also situation of crime again,for its causes,they are： the cultural level of the correction object is low,their legal awareness is light,the social interaction is not good,the psychological factor is complex,and crime professionalism,at the same time,the cause also includes the following factors：the social discrimination,shortage of education,the community correction method is improper,the effect of execution in jail is not good,and so on.
