摘　　要：民族教育担负着继承和发扬民族优秀文化传统、捍卫民族尊严、凝聚民族力量的历史使命。在IT技术迅猛发展的情况下,那些涉及国家安全和民族文化传统继承的战略性教学资源已经成为国家利益的重要部分,事关民族文化的入侵和反入侵,需要长期建设与维护。本文分析了民族教育中战略性教学资源WEB共享系统构建的必要性,给出了系统构建的总体目标,对系统构建中的技术难点提出了解决方案。以上工作可为保护我国民族教育、促进我国民族教育健康发展提供技术支撑,对抵御外来文化冲击、抢占网络时代民族教育制高点具有重要意义。Ethnic education bears the mission of inheriting excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,protecting national integrity and uniting nationalities.With the rapid development of information technology,strategic instructional resources related to national security and inheritance of national traditional culture have become important national force concerning national cultural security and requiring a long term development and maintenance.This paper first analyzes the necessity of constructing a web system for strategic instructional resources in ethnic education.Then,it points out the overall aim of the system construction.Finally,it proposes solutions to technical difficulties of the system construction.The purpose of this paper is to offer effective technical support for defending and promoting healthy development of ethnic education in China,which is of marked significance to withstanding foreign culture invasion and seizing the commanding height of ethnic education in internet time.
