高能低蛋白日粮致脂肪肝出血综合征鸡抗氧化能力和肝损伤的研究  被引量:24

Antioxidative functions and liver injury in laying hens with fatty liver hemorrhagic sydrome induced by high energy-low protein diet

摘  要:选用140日龄健康海兰褐壳蛋鸡102只,随机分为对照组(饲喂日粮代谢能与粗蛋白分别为11.51MJ/kg、15.58%)和试验组(饲喂日粮代谢能与粗蛋白分别为14.47MJ/kg、12.55%),每组设3个重复,每个重复17只。于试验期第15、25、35、45、55天,每组取6只鸡测定其血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时对肝脏作病理组织学检查。结果显示:(1)试验组蛋鸡表现肝脂蓄积,肝脂肪变性,出现典型脂肪肝出血综合征病变,证明高能低蛋白日粮可以成功复制蛋鸡脂肪脏出血综合征。(2)与对照组相比,试验组血清和肝脏匀浆中MDA含量升高,抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力最终都降低,表明机体抗氧化能力下降。结果表明,自由基在高能低蛋白日粮致脂肪肝出血综合征的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。One hundred and two laying hens of 140-day-old were randomly divided into two groups,three replicates with seventeen hens each,which were fed with normal diet (ME 11.51 MJ/kg and CP 15.58% diet) and high energy-low protein diet (ME 14.47 MJ/kg and CP 12.55% diet).Six hens from each group were sampled on 0,15,25,35,45,55 day,respectively.The concentration of MDA,and activity of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT in serum and/or liver were investigated.Howerver,the liver histopathology were observed.The results showed as following:(1)lipid accumulation and fatty dgeneration in liver in high enerhy-low protein diet group suggest that fatty liver hemorrhagic sydrome (FLHS) model can be made successfullyi.(2)The increased concentration of MDA and the decreased activity of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT of FLHS,indicates that the antiocidative function was inhibited.In conclusions,free radicals might play an important role in the pathogenesis of FLHS induced by high enerhy-low protein diet.
