镍铬合金和金合金衔铁对龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶的影响

摘  要:目的观察镍铬合金和金合金衔铁的磁性附着体义齿修复后基牙龈沟液(GCF)含量和GCF中碱性磷酸酶(GCF-ALP)活性水平的变化,探讨不同金属衔铁对基牙牙周健康的影响。方法选择牙列仅有一个尖牙牙根的无牙颌病例60例,随机分成2组,分别用镍铬合金衔铁和金合金衔铁修复单颌总义齿。分别于修复前,修复后1周、1个月、6个月、12个月检测GCF量及GCF-ALP活性水平。结果 2种衔铁修复前GCF含量及GCF-ALP活性水平接近(P>0.05),修复后,各个时间段检测镍铬合金衔铁的GCF含量及GCF-ALP活性水平均高于金合金衔铁。结论金合金衔铁较镍铬合金衔铁对牙周组织健康影响更小。Objective To observe alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity changes in abutmen Gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)and GCF contents from mag episomal agent artificial teeth repaired of illium and golden alloy armature,investigate effect of different metal armature on abutmen periodontal health.Methods 60 patients with instance edentulous jaw that there is a cynodont dental root,were randomly divided into two groups,repairing single jaw complete denture by differencing with illium and golden alloy.Detecting GCF and GCF-ALP value at before and after repair,after a week,after a month,six months,twelve months repaired.Results There was no difference between two kinds of armature on GCF and GCF-ALP value before repaired(P〉0.05).GCF GCF-ALP value in illium are higher than that in golden alloy armature after repaired(P〈0.05).Conclusion Golden alloy armature has mild effect on periodontal tissues health less than illium armature.
