摘 要:目的:建立藤茶总黄酮提取物的HPLC指纹图谱,更有效地监控其质量。方法:采用梯度洗脱法,对藤茶总黄酮提取物进行HPLC测定,流动相为乙腈-10%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,检测波长为270 nm,记录时间为30 min。采用中南大学指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件进行比较计算。结果:运用梯度洗脱能分离藤茶总黄酮提取物的各种成分,通过相似度评价比较,藤茶总黄酮提取物的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论:此法可作为藤茶总黄酮提取物的指纹图谱,有助于藤茶总黄酮提取物的质量控制。In order to establish the HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids extracts of Ampelopsis Grossedentata to more effectively control its quality, the flavonoids extracts was analyzed on a HPLC column using gradient elution with acetonitrile-10% acetic acid under the detection wavelength of 270 nm and the recording duration was 30 minutes. Similarity evaluation system for fingerprint of Central South University was adopted. The results showed that the components of flavonoids extracts of Ampelopsis Grossedentata could be separated by gradient elution and similarity evaluation system, and the similarity of the fingerprinting of flavonoids extracts of Ampelopsis Grossedentata was greater above 0. 90. So this measure could be used to establish the fingerprint of flavonoids extracts of Ampelopsis Grossedentata, which was helpful to control the quality of Ampelopsis Grossedentata total.
