摘　　要：本文在研究国内外信息素质教育途径的基础上,论述了素质教育的条件,提出了对大学生进行素质教育的途径。在经过多年教学实践的基础上,证明该途径具有实用性和可操作性,是目前我国对大学生信息素质教育的有效途径之一,具有一定的创新性。Based on studying domestic and overseas information quality education,this paper discusses the conditions of quality education and puts forward the way of carrying out it for college students.Many years of teaching practice proves that it is practical and feasible,is one of effective ways and is innovative.
