摘  要:酿酒酵母BD101菌株的金属硫蛋白能清除羟基自由基。含金属硫蛋白的酵母菌有拮抗60Coγ射线的作用。用计数血液中血小板(PLT)、白细胞(WBC)变化来研究酵母Cu-MT在小鼠γ射线损伤中的作用。结果表明,该菌Cu-MT对PLT降低的改善和回升有作用。但未观察到其对WBC总数变化的影响。提示酿酒酵母Cu-MT在临床放射病治疗和放疗后抗出血方面有良好的应用前景。The Cu-metallothionein of Saccharomyces cerevisiae BD101 can scavenge hydroxyl radicals. The yeast cells containing Cu-MT can protect against 60Coγray irradiation damage. The effects of S. cerevisiae BD101 Cu-MT on resisting irradiation damage in 60Coγ ray irradiation mice were studied by counting the changes of platelet (PLT) and white blood corpuscle (WBC). It was demonstrated that the BD101 Cu-MT could reduce the decrease in the number of PLT and promote it to rise back, but it has not been observed that this Cu-metallothionein could affect positively the change of the number of WBC. It suggests that there is a promising prospect for applying S.cerevisiae BD101 Cu-metallotionein to clinical irradiation sickness and to resistance of shedding blood after irradiation therapy.
