摘　　要：科技创新与文化产业存在着密切的关系,作为科技创新规划基础的技术预见与文化产业发展规划基础的文化产业发展战略之间也存在着密切的关系。本文探讨了我国全面建设小康社会背景下技术预见与文化产业发展战略之间的互动关系,简要介绍国外利用技术预见促进文化产业发展的经验,分析了如何利用技术预见构建我国文化产业发展战略的问题。There exist the close relationship between the innovation of science and technology and the cultural industry.There is the same close relationship between technology foreseeing which is the base of technology innovation planning and the development strategy of cultural industry which is the base of cultural industry development planning.This paper probes into the relationship between technology foreseeing and the development strategy of cultural industry under the background of comprehensive construction of well-off society,introduces briefly the foreign experience which uses technology foreseeing to promote the development of cultural industry and analyze the construction of the development strategy of cultural industry in our country.
