摘 要:以棕刚玉、碳化硅、α-Al2O3微粉、白刚玉、硅微粉、97硅粉、Si3N4粉为主要原料,以高铝水泥为结合剂,制备了铁沟浇注料,研究了Si3N4加入量(质量分数分别为0、3%、6%、9%、12%)对试样抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:加入氮化硅的浇注料具有更优异的抗渣性能。抗渣机理为:一方面由于材料在烧结过程中Si3N4能部分保留下来,并生成了O'-Sialon,使得材料的抗渣性能增强;另一方面,材料在烧结过程中体积膨胀,减少了铁渣渗透的通道,也提高了材料的抗渣性能。The castables for iron trough were prepared using brown corundum,SiC,α-Al2O3 micropowdere,white corundum,silicon fume,silicon powder(Si〉97%)and Si3N4 powder as starting materials,high alumina cement as binder.The effects of Si3N4 additions(mass percent:0.3 %,6%,9 %and 12%,respectively)on slag resistance were studied.The results showed that Al2O3-SiC-C castables with Si3N4 addition possessed much better slag resistance.The mechanisum is expained as follows:(1)Si3N4 could retain partially during the sintering process and formed O'-Sialon.(2)the specimen expanded in volume during sintering,reducing the penetration passages of molten iron slag.Thus slag resistance was improved.
