摘  要:利用改进后的新型液压-机械拉深模具进行拉深试验研究。设计适合于改进后的新型液压-机械拉深模具的拉深工艺过程,对不同直径的板料进行拉深试验,每次试验设置不同的工艺参数,获得了拉深比达2.63的制件。试验表明,引入液压作用后,可以大幅度地提高板料的极限拉深比,随着板料直径的增加,使拉深成功进行的液压力区间逐渐减小。Deep drawing experiments were performed by using an improved novel hydro-mechanical deep drawing die.A process plan adequate to the novel die was designed.Experiments were operated using the blanks with different diameters.The process parameters were different in each experiment.Some workpieces with 2.63 drawing ratio were obtained.It indicates that the limit drawing ratio of a blank can be improved finitely by means of pressure fluid.The hydraulic pressure zone which makes the deep drawing operation perform successfully decreases with the diameter of the blank.
