摘 要:为解决曲柄压力机滑块行程调节的问题,以公称力为800 kN的压力机为研究对象,进行了大量仿真分析和样机实验,调查分析了目前生产的行程可调压力机在使用过程中出现的调节不便、调节级数少等一些问题的原因,设计了一种新型的适用于曲柄压力机行程调节的装置。通过原理分析和样机实验,此结构能更好地满足行程调节的目的,而且解决了目前压力机行程调节中出现的问题。调节机构采用液压马达调节,同现有的手动行程调节机构相比,具有省力、调节级数更多、调节更可靠等优点。Regarding to the stroke adjustment for mechanical presses,a lot of simulation analyses and prototype tests were investigated for 800 kN presses,and the inconvenience adjustment and lacking of adjustment stage appeared in the using process were investigated for the presant produced travel adjustable press.A new type of stroke adjustment mechanism for mechanical presses was designed.By theory analysis and experimental prototype,this mechanism performs better in stroke adjustment,and solves the problems that have been occurred in many mechanical presses now.Besides,the adjustment mechanism works with hydraulic motors.Compared to the adjustment mechanism which works manually,this mechanism has advantages,such as force saving,more adjustment positions and more reliable adjustment.
