大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代及其亲本挥发性成分分析

摘　　要：采用静态顶空(SHS)固相微萃取法提取5种类型大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代及其亲本中的挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪分析其化学组成。结果表明:一硫代有机物主要以1-丙硫醇、甲基丙基硫醚为主,其中2号杂交种未检测到甲基丙基硫醚成分,3号材料中1-丙硫醇含量最高。二硫代有机物主要是二丙基二硫醚、二甲基二硫醚和甲基丙基二硫醚,其中1号和2号杂交种二丙基二硫醚含量远远高于亲本,甲基丙基二硫醚含量介于亲本之间。三硫代有机物主要是二丙基三硫醚、3,5-二乙基-1,2,4-三噻吩,其中,二丙基三硫醚含量在5个试验材料间差别较小;2号杂交种中3,5-二乙基-1,2,4-三噻吩含量远远高于亲本。The volatile components in Welsh onion, onion and their interspecific hybridization progenies were extracted by static headspace solid phase micro - extraction （ SHS - SPME） method and then determined by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry （ GC - MS）. The results indicated that 1 - Propanethiol and Methyl propyl sulfide were the major in mono - thiosulphinates, and the Methyl propyl sulfide was not identified in the interspecific hybridization progeny No. 2, while the content of 1 - Propanethiol was the highest in the progeny No. 3. Dipropyl disulfide, Dimethyl disulfide and Methyl propyl disulfideare were mainly in di - thiosulphinates, and the contents of Dipropyl disulfide in the hybridization progenies No. 1 and No. 2 were obviously higher than that in the parents, while the content of Methyl propyl disulfideare was between the parents. The tri - thiosulphinates mainly included Dipropyl trisulfide and 3,5 - Diethyl - 1,2,4 - trithiolane. There were small differences between species in Dipropyl trisulfide; the content of 3,5 -Diethyl- 1,2,4 -trithiolane in progeny No. 2 was obviously higher than that in the parents.
