摘 要:概述了当前国内外基因工程技术在柑橘砧木种质改良工作中的研究现状与进展,基因工程在柑橘育种中的应用主要有农杆菌介导法、附体腋芽转化—离体扩繁鉴定法、DNA直接导入法等,并在培育新型抗性柑橘砧木品种上取得了一定的成果,建立了有效的基因转化体系,也获得了一批转基因植株。目前,随着生物技术的不断发展及基因工程技术的日趋成熟,基因工程在柑橘砧木资源多样性研究与种质改良方面仍将是今后的主攻方向。The research progresses in germplasm improvement and cultivars selection through the genetic engineering in Citrus rootstocks at home and abroad at present were summarized in order to provide a solid basis for further study and development of Citrus rootstocks.Some achievements have been gotten in raising novel Citrus rootstocks by genetic engineering methods such as Agrobacterium-mediated transformation,the method of possessed axillary bud transformation-propagation and identification in vitro,direct introduction of alien DNA and so on.Now an effective gene transfer system has been established,and also acquired a large number of transgenic plants.At the present time,the researches of genetic engineering in Citrus rootstocks are just on the beginning,the future studies will be focused on the use of genetic engineering in the resource diversity and germplasm improvement of citrus rootstocks.
