摘　　要：介绍了NAPA中的MANAGER工具,编写了MARPOL 12A.PROB MANANGER程序用以实现NAPA对概率燃油舱保护的计算功能,极大地提高了计算的准确性和快速性。还阐述了如何在NAPA中自动拾取燃油舱与船体外板之间最小横向距离。The MANAGER tool of NAPA is introduced, and a MANAGER application named MARPOL 12A. PROB is written, which can calculate probabilistic outflow performance for fuel oil tank protection accurately and quickly. The automatic determination of the minimum horizontal distance measured at the right angle to the centerline between the fuel oil tank and the side shell in NAPA is introduced.
