摘　　要：在分析传统的教材仓储分发模式利弊的基础上,按照"精益生产"的管理理念,提出教材配送分发模式。通过实行教材预约征订、重组分发业务流程、依托行政班级管理体系和搭建信息管理平台等一系列措施,不仅做到教材最终零库存,而且实现分发过程的零库存,降低管理成本,提高工作效率。Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of storage distribution mode of traditional textbooks,on the basis of lean production management concept,the paper puts forward the concept of zero inventory to realize textbooks.Distribution mode of university textbooks will be established by implementing teaching materials reservation,reengineering process of distribution,relying on the management system of administrative classes and building the information management platform,which not only reduce management costs and increase efficiency but also improve the economic benefits among students,universities and textbooks supplier.
