摘  要:【目的】观察大豆异黄酮对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的影响。【方法】健康雌性wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组15只。2组大鼠首先采用双侧卵巢切除术(0VX)制备去势鼠模型;采用Ap1~40,1μL。(10μg/μL)立体定位注射建立AD动物模型。治疗组灌服大豆异黄酮,对照组灌服等体积蒸馏水,通过Morris水迷宫观察大鼠学习、记忆能力变化情况。【结果】雌激素治疗组AD动物模型的水迷宫逃避潜伏期较对照组明显缩短(P〈0.05)。【结论】植物雌激素能改善AD大鼠模型认知功能,初步显示具有抗痴呆的药理作用。[Objective] To investigate the protection role of soy isoflavone on learning and memory deficiency in rats with Alzheimer's disease fAD). [Methods]A total of 30 Wistar female rats were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 15 for each. Ovarieetomy(OVX) was performed in both groups, and rat model with AD was established by injection of amyloid-beta peptide (Aβ) 1~40, μL(10μg/μL) into the hippocampus. Soy isoflavone was administered in treatment group, while distilled water in control group. I.earning and memory ability was determined by Morris water maze. [Results]Compared with the control group, the escape latency of Morris water maze in treatment group decreased significantly ( P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Soy isoflavone can improve the learning and memory ability of AD rat model. It indicates primarily that soy isoflavone has the effect of anti dementia.
