摘　　要：辅导员队伍建设是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组织保障。应以科学发展观为指导,加强辅导员队伍建设,坚持以发展为第一要义,坚持以人为本的建设理念,坚持统筹兼顾,实现辅导员队伍建设的全面协调可持续发展。The construction of political assistant team is an important organization insurance of ideological and political education in universities.We should strengthen it under the guiding of the concept of scientific development.And thus,we must put the development as the most important things,put people first,make overall plans and take all factors into consideration in our work.Only by this can we make sure of the teams＇ comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.
