摘　　要：为提高国家小麦改良中心泰安分中心开放使用效益,小麦分中心采取研究室按功能划分、实验器材按实验所需放置、强化小麦分中心规范管理、加强小麦分中心队伍建设、指导科研人员申报科研课题、积极为小麦分中心开放使用服务等措施,取得了良好效果。In order to improve the opening utilization efficiency of Shandong Tai＇an Subcentre of National Wheat Improvement Centre （Wheat Research） , Wheat Research center has been sub-divided by function, placed test equipment according to experiments, strengthened Wheat Research practice management, strengthened construction of Wheat Research Laboratory team, guided researchers to declare scientific research projects and served open access of wheat sub-centers actively. All of these measures have achieved good results.
