摘　　要：结合电子科技大学中山学院化学与生物系的实验教学改革实践,根据培养应用型人才的需要,为切实提高学生动手能力,提出了一套独特的、以强化学生实验操作技能为目标的化学与生物类基础实验教学改革方案,通过实施"开设一门课程,编写一部教材,建设一间实验室,组织一场过关考核,形成一种特色"的"五个一"方案,达到提高学生基本实验技能,形成以操作技能见长的实验教学特色。论述了各项做法的理由、实施办法和可行性,介绍了在我院近年来探索实践的情况。In accordance with the innovative practice of experimental teaching of the Chemistry and Biology Department of Zhongshan Institute,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,and the requirements of training application-oriented talents which emphasize the cultivation of students＇ DIY abilities,this paper aims to put forward a unique plan of teaching innovation in the field of basic experimental teaching conducted in chemistry and biology.By implementing the ＂five ones＂ project,that is,＂offering one course,compiling one textbook,opening one laboratory,organizing one assessment of successful test so as to form one characteristic＂,the plan focuses on the enhancement of the students＇ practical ability and skill of experimental operations,thus achieving the unique kind of experimental teaching where importance is attached to practical operational skills on the students part.In the meantime,for various sorts of practice and operations,this paper dilates upon the variety of reasons,measures for the implementation and the feasibility,and introduces an array of exploratory practice which has been made in our institute over the past years.
