摘  要:目的研究轻度认知损害(MCI)和阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑脊液Tau蛋白和β淀粉样蛋白1-42(Aβ1-42)的含量及其诊断意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测32例MCI,30例AD和31名健康对照者(对照组)脑脊液中Tau蛋白和Aβ1-42的水平。结果 MCI组和AD组患者脑脊液中Tau蛋白浓度均高于正常组,Aβ1-42的浓度均低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MCI组和AD组患者脑脊液中Tau蛋白和Aβ1-42的浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑脊液中Tau蛋白和Aβ1-42的浓度对MCI和AD的诊断有应用价值,但不能用于MCI和AD鉴别诊断。Objective To study the level of Tau protein and β amyloid 1-42 protein(Aβ1-42) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) patients with mild cognitive impairment(MIC) and Alzheimer's disease.Methods The subject was 32 patients with MIC,30 patients with AD and 31 normal controls.The CSF levels of Tau protein and β amyloid 1-42 protein were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Significant elevation of the level of Tau protein and decrease of the level of the Aβ1-42 were observed in patients with MCI and Alzheimer' disease compared with healthy controls;The level of Tau protein and Aβ1-42 were not significant difference between MCI and Alzheimer' disease.Conclusion The assays of the CSF Tau protein and levels can be valuable biological marker in the diagnosis of MCI and AD,but can not be used to identify MIC from AD.
