摘  要:目的探讨自由基清除剂联合亚低温治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果,为急性脑梗死的治疗提供依据。方法选取2006-08~2009-03于我院进行治疗的63例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为依达拉奉组(A组)21例,亚低温治疗组(B组)21例和依达拉奉联合亚低温治疗组(C组)21例,后将3组患者分别采用不同方式进行治疗,再将结果进行研究分析,后将结果进行比较。结果比较后发现,C组总有效率明显优于A组和B组,且C组梗死面积缩小比例也明显高于其他2组,血浆纤维蛋白原下降幅度也明显大于对照组,并发症发生率也低于对照组,2组比较P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论在急性脑梗死的治疗中采用依达拉奉(自由基清除剂)联合亚低温治疗急性脑梗死具有效果显著且并发症发生率低的作用,因此值得临床进一步研究及推广应用。Objective To study the effect of free radical scavenger combined with the hypothermia therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and provide evidence for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction from August 2006 to March 2009 in our hospital were selected as research object,and were divided into three groups: edaravone group(group A)of 21 cases,hypothermia therapy group(group B)of 21 cases,and hypothermia therapy combined with edaravone group(group C)of 21 cases.Then the three groups were treated with different methods.The results were compared.Results After the comparison and study,we found that the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C.And the reduction in scale of infarct area of group C was higher than that of the other two groups.The margin of decrease of FIB was bigger than that of the other two groups,the incidence rate of complications of group C were lower,P0.05,it had statistical significance.Conclusion The effect of free radical scavenger combined with the hypothermia therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was better,and the incidence rate of complications of group C were lower,and it is worth further studying and using.
