小切口白内障摘出加人工晶体术1470例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口白内障摘出加人工晶体术治疗白内障的临床疗效分析。方法本文采用小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗观察组白内障患者,并与采用白内障囊外摘出术(ECCE)加人工晶体植入术治疗的对照组患者进行疗效对比分析。结果现2组患者经过3～12个月的随访,结果发现观察组患者的术后视力恢复情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,治疗组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术是一种投资设备少,医疗费用低,视力恢复快的手术方法,值得基层医院推广应用。Objective Investigate the efficacy of the small-incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens surgery.Methods In this paper,small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens surgery was used in the observation group.Its clinical efficacy was compared with that of the control group who was treated with extracapsular cataract extraction surgery（ECCE） and intraocular lens surgery.Results After 3 to 12 months of follow-up observation,it was found that the recovery of postoperative visual acuity was significantly better than the control group,（P0.05）.In addition,post-operative complications of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The small-incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens surgery needs a small investment in equipment,low cost,and it is a fast visual recovery surgical method.It is worth popularizing and applying in primary hospital.
