术后眼睑闭合不全患者的护理效应

摘　　要：目的术后眼睑闭合不全患者的护理方法。方法对本院5年来眼科收治的术后眼睑闭合不全患者56例(60眼),在常规的护理措施如滴注抗生素眼液、人工泪液、干净纱布覆盖眼球外,采用胶带粘闭患眼眼睑。结果眼睑闭合不全的患眼60只,行粘闭眼睑组(30只)暴露性角膜炎的发生率为3.3%,未行粘闭组(30只)为16.6%(χ2=5.100,P=0.024)。对发生的暴露性角膜炎,采用眼睑闭合后均好转。结论术后眼睑闭合不全患者在常规处理基础上进行眼睑粘闭是一种有效的护理方法。Objective postoperative were closed eyelids.Methods the five years were closed eyelids ophthalmological surgery patients with 56 cases（60）,in general nursing measures such as drip antibiotic eyedrops,artificial tears and clean gauze covered by the eye,with eyes closed eyelids taped.Results all closed eyelids with eyes closed and 60 sticky eyelid group（30）,the incidence of exposure keratitis 3.3 percent,without glue closed group（30）for 16.6 percent（χ2=5.100,P=0.024）.Of exposure keratitis,use of closed eyelids are improved after.Conclusion postoperative eyelids closing in conventional treatment were closed eyelids stick basis is an effective method of nursing.
