摘　　要：目的探讨Creutzfeldt-Jakob病(CJD)的临床及脑电图(EEG)特点。方法回顾性分析14例CJD患者的临床资料。结果 14例患者临床表现均有进行性痴呆和肌阵挛,12例早期表现为抑郁、失眠、头痛、头晕、记忆力减退、行走不稳。14例患者EEG均呈阵发周期波,周期波为高波幅双相、三相或多相尖波、尖-慢综合波,其中3例发病后4～9周第2次EEG检查时出现特征性周期波,1例发病后14周第3次EEG检查时出现特征性周期波。2例行MR弥散加权成像检查示额顶叶皮质区出现异常信号。结论 CJD的临床特征为进行性痴呆和肌阵挛,发病后3～14周EEG出现阵发周期波。对于早期病例应行EEG跟踪检查。Objective To study the clinical and electroencephalogram（EEG） features of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease（CJD）.Methods The clinical data of 14 CJD patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The clinical manifestations of the 14 patients were progressive dementia and myoclonus.12 cases showed depression,insomnia,headache,dizziness,memory impairment and gait ataxia at early stage.The EEG of 14 patients showed the paroxysmal periodic wave.Periodic wave includes high amplitude two phase,three phase,and multiple sharp wave,sharp and slow wave complex.The characteristic periodic waves were found in 3 cases for the second time EEG at 4～9 weeks after onset,and in 1 case for the third time EEG at 14 weeks after onset.Diffusion-weighted MRI showed abnormal signals in the frontal and parietal lobe cortex in 2 cases.Conclusions The clinical features of CJD are progressive dementia and myoclonus.The paroxysmal periodic wave is appeared on EEG at 3～14 weeks after onset.Patients with early CJD should be checked by EEG for a long term.
