高压氧治疗血管性帕金森综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧治疗血管性帕金森综合征(VP)的疗效。方法 68例VP患者随机分为高压氧治疗组(35例)和对照组(33例),两组均给予美多芭治疗;高压氧组患者同时给予高压氧治疗,每日1次,连续90 d。分别在治疗前和治疗后90 d对两组患者进行Webster评分及美多芭用量统计。结果两组治疗后Webster评分均比治疗前显著降低(均P<0.01);高压氧组治疗后Webster评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后Webster评分差值(3.62±1.15)显著大于对照组(3.09±1.21)(P<0.05)。高压氧组的总有效率(88.6%)显著高于对照组(72.7%)(P<0.05)。高压氧组治疗后美多芭用量较治疗前及对照组明显减少(均P<0.01);对照组治疗前后美多芭用量比较,差异无统计学意义。结论高压氧治疗对VP有显著效果,并且可以减少美多芭的用量。Objective To observe the curative effects of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） for treatment on vascular parkinsonism（VP）.Methods 68 VP patients were randomly divided into HBO therapy group（HBO group,35 cases） and control group（33 cases）.They were all treated with Madopar in the two groups,and the patients in HBO group were received HBO therapy otherwise once a day for 90 d.The Webster Parkinson scale was detected and the dosage of Madopar was counted separately at before and 90 d after treatment.Results The scores of Webster Parkinson scale after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than pretherapy（all P〈0.01）.The score of Webster Parkinson scale after treatment in HBO group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The contrast differences of scores of Webster Parkinson scale between pretherapy and post-treatment in HBO group（3.62±1.15） were obviously larger than that in the control group（3.09±1.21）（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of HBO group（88.6%） was significantly higher than the control group（72.7%）（P〈0.05）.The dosage of Medopar at post-treatment in HBO group was obviously less than that at pretherapy and in control group（all P〈0.01）.Medopar dosage at before and after treatment in the control group had no significant difference.Conclusion HBO has obvious effects on the patients with VP,and can reduce the therapeutic dose of Madopar.
