摘  要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT多种后处理技术,即多平面重建、最大密度投影及容积再现在颌面部复杂骨折中的应用价值。方法使用64层螺旋CT对52例颌面部损伤患者采用容积扫描,进行MPR、MIP及VR图像重组,观察骨折细节,并与二维CT图像进行对比。结果多平面重建、最大密度投影及容积再现重组图像可清晰显示颌面部骨折细节及空间解剖关系。二维图像对细小骨折显示较好,且可同时显示骨折部位的软组织改变情况。结论螺旋CT三维重建技术是诊断复杂颌面部骨折的有效手段,二维图像是诊断颌面部骨折的基础,两者结合应用是颌面部多发、复杂骨折的最佳检查方法 。Objective To evaluate multi -planar reeonstruetion (MPR, maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering technique (VR) in diagnosis of complicated roaxillofaeial fractures. Methods 64 - slice spiral CT seanning was performed in 52 patients with roaxillofacial trauma. The MPR, MIP and VR images were reconstructed. The results were compared with the findings obtained from two - dimensional (2D). Results MPR, MIP and VR images could demonstrate the details of maxillofaeial fraetures clearly and anatomie relationship. 2D image better showed the fine bone fracture dearly and abutting soft tissues changes. Conclusion The three - dimensional teetmique of 64 spiral CT are defective method in diagnosis of complicated roaxillofacial fractures. 2D images are the basis of diaguosis of maxillofaeial fractures, so it is optimal to combine this two imaging methods.
