血细胞分离机用于肿瘤患者生物治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的分析血细胞分离机用于肿瘤患者以生物治疗为目的的外周血单个核细胞采集的效率及其影响因素。方法应用血细胞分离机PBSC程序采集实体肿瘤患者外周血单个核细胞,对采集的细胞计数应用多元回归分析方法进行统计分析。结果在P=0.1的剔除标准下,多元回归分析结果显示:采集的单个核细胞总数与外周血白细胞数量总数有关(P=0.055),与总循环血量有关(P=0.041);采集的单个核细胞总数与患者体重、身高及红细胞总数、红细胞压积、单核细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值不相关。结论血细胞分离机可以安全、有效地应用于肿瘤患者以生物治疗为目的的外周血单个核细胞的采集。Objective Analysis the use of blood cell separator in the acquisition of mononuclear cells in patients with cancer treated with biotherapy, observe its efficiency of collection and influencing factors. Methods Use the PBSC collection procedures of the blood cell separator ,collecting mononuclear ceils in peripheral blood of patients with tumors, analysis the accout of cell with the method of muhiple regression analysis. Results Under the removed standard of P = 0. 1, the multiple regression analysis results showed that： the number of mononuclear cells collected have relationship with the number of WBC in the peripheral blood （ P = 0. 055 ） , and the total amount of blood circulation （ P = 0. 041 ） ; The number of mononuclear cells collected have no relationship with the number of red blood cells, hematocrit, absolute monocyte, absolute lymphocyte, weight and height. Conclusion The blood cell separator can be safely and effectively used in acquisition of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood for the purpose of biotherapy in cancer patients.
