高能聚焦超声与GP方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高能聚焦超声与GP(吉西他滨+顺铂)方案治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法将笔者所在医院2007年1月至2008年12月收治的40例中晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为两组,A组采用高能聚焦超声刀治疗,B组采用GP方案治疗,比较分析两组的疗效。结果 A组总有效率为50.0%,B组总有效率为30.0%。6个月生存率A组为70.0%,B组为50.0%,A组有效率和6个月生存率明显高于B组(P<0.01);不良反应发生率A组为20.0%,B组为55.0%,A组副作用发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论高能聚焦超声治疗中晚期胰腺癌具有较好的疗效,且不良反应少,值得临床关注。Objective To investigate the high - intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） and GP in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods From January 2007 to December 2008 treated 40 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer in the writer＇s hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, A group with the treatment of HIFU, B group with the treatment of GP, compare and analyse the efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of A group was 50. 0%, B group was 30. 0% and 6 - month survival rate of A group was 70. 0% ,B group was 50% ,the efficiency and 6 - month survival rate of A group were significantly higher than B group （P 〈 0.01 ）, The incidence of side effects, A group 20. 0%, B group was 55.0% ,The side effects of A group was significantly lower than B group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion HIFU treatmentof advanced pancreatic cancer has a better efficacy and lower side effects, it is Worthy of clinical attention.
