摘　　要：目的探讨原发于侧脑室患者的临床表现及手术治疗方法 ,以期提高此类肿瘤的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析了笔者所在科室2000年3月至2009年3月治疗的26例侧脑室肿瘤患者的病例资料。结果 26例患者共行手术32例次,活检2例次,肿瘤切除24例次,其中完全切除19例,大部切除5例。结论合理选择手术入路,尽量全切肿瘤是保证疗效的关键。Objective To explore clinical features and neurosurgery of lateral ventricle tumors in order to improve the clinical results. Methods 26 patients （ 18 males,8 females） of lateral ventricle tumors were retrospectively analyzed from March 2000 to March 2009. Results 32 operations were performed on 26 patients, biopsies in 2, total removal in 19, subtotal removal in 5 patients. Conclusion Exactly approach and complete resections were the key for good recovery of lateral ventricle tumors.
