外语学习主体多元化评价的效应研究——以大学英语学习评价为例

摘　　要：为探索外语教学中主体多元化学习评价的效应，本研究在大学英语教学中进行了主体多元化学习评价实验。研究根据主体多元化评价的相关理论及通过问卷调查和访谈所获取的数据信息，探讨了主体多元化评价的效应。结果发现，主体多元化评价能够提高评价结果的质量，改善评价信息的使用，增强评价的教育功能，改善评价者和被评价者关系，并对评价组织者提出了更高的要求。研究还分析了若干相关问题以使主体多元化评价在外语学习中产生更多正面效应。This paper reports an experimental study on the effect of the multi-valuator evaluation in college English teaching. Based on the relevant theories and the data collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews, it re- veals that the multi-valuator evaluation improves the quality of evaluation and the relations between the evaluator and evaluatee, increases the use of evaluation results, and strengthens the education function of evaluation ; meanwhile, it becomes more demanding for the evaluation organizers. The paper also discusses some issues to maximize the positive effects of the multi-valuator evaluation.
