摘　　要：文章针对网络档案信息资源组织与服务相关问题,探讨了基于数字档案可近性建设准则的网络档案信息资源建设理论和方法。在省力原则与信息可近性、数字资源可近性与用户选择服务理论分析的基础上,提出了数字资源可近性的五个评价准则,并以此为依据研究了数字档案资源建设的方法与途径。The thesis aims at relevant issues about organization and service of internet archive information resources; it discusses theories and methods of internet archive information resources construction, which was based on the digital archives accessibility construction guidelines. On the foundation of analyzing the least effort principle and accessibility of information, accessibility of digital resources and the theory of user selective service, it proposals five evaluate criterions to accessibility of digital resources, on the basis of what narrated above, it studies methods and channels to digital archive resources construction .
