消化道疾病内镜诊断与手术病理对照(附1072例分析)

摘　　要：通过对1072例消化道疾病经内镜检查及手术治疗．诊断以手术后病理为准。结果：符合1007例，基本符合28例．总符合率为96．55％．不符合37例，占3．45％。A comparation of endoscopy with post-operative pathology in 1072 cases of digestive tract diseases was studied to evaluate the accuracy of endoscopy and to find out the reason of misdiagnosis.The diagnosis by endoscopy was accorded with the post-operative pathology in 1007 cases, basically accorded in 28 cases, wrong in 37 cases.The total accuracy rate was 96. 55 %.
